The number of heroin overdoses in Cincinnati continues to grow. First responders are once again battling time to save lives. The explosion of heroin overdoses in Cincinnati seems to be getting worse. The number keeps growing, along with the demand for help reviving those who've overdosed. Cincinnati Fire and EMS crews have said the characteristics of the new overdoses have been unusual, with patients needing more Narcan than ever. More

The Little Miami Joint Fire & Rescue District was formed February 1, 2003 with the merge of the Newtown Fire Department and the Fairfax/Madison Place Joint Fire and Rescue Department.
